Satisfactory experience, notably with Aline (customer manager) from the Neufchateau agency who was very responsive and friendly.
David Serage was also our contact regarding the visits and was able to identify our needs.
However, we do not recommend going to the recommended brokerage agency (located in the same location). Very bad experience with an inexperienced person who made several false leaps (lies about the number of banks contacted, lack of seriousness regarding the follow-up of our files, etc.).
